FlowState runs locally on your Mac, watches frontmost-app + tab-title patterns (no content, ever), and matches them against your stated focus block. When you drift, it doesn't block — it nudges with a one-line check-in: "You opened Discord 3× this block. Is this on-topic?" If yes, it backs off. If you ignore the nudge twice, it auto-snoozes notifications and starts a 15-min recovery timer. The model is that of a respected mentor, not a parental control.

Async-first, GMT-distributed. Weekly 30-min sync on Tuesdays. Two-week ship cadence — every Friday a release goes out or we explain to ourselves why not. Revenue-share kicks in once you've shipped your first feature end-to-end (not a vesting cliff — a competence proof). We're allergic to meetings that should have been a Loom.
